The Greenville project is a USD 23.8 million mixed-use development planned on 53 acres of land. The project will comprise 1,600 residential housing units, a fully equipped hospital, school hostels, a commercial block, and a community library, forming a self-sustaining modern township.
It aims to provide quality, affordable housing and social infrastructure to serve the growing industrial and port community along the Mombasa–Mariakani corridor. The project’s design integrates smart urban planning principles, focusing on sustainability, access to utilities, and green community spaces.
